everything would have been perfect had i not followed the recipe exactly. The salt was enough to make the hairs on my neck stand. I actually cut back a little ., Just seemed like way too much during prep, so i skipped two spoonfuls, still super salty, Will make it again but not season the flour with salt . I will salt the fish once out of the fry"
