Reviewed Pesto Bean Soup
"Simple, quick and really tasty! I used all chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes instead of roasted red peppers and no olives (tried a few... didn't seem to fit well with the other ingredients. I had black eyed peas and pinto beans available, but they worked perfectly given their creamy texture and rich buttery flavor."
