Reviewed Grilled Rib-eye Steaks with Smoked Paprika Rub

"All these ingredients are great, and your advise is good, until I got to the amount of time a nice rib eye (and don't forget how much those cost) should be on the grill @ a high temperature. I like my meat very rare, but leave my steaks on for 5 minutes on each side. 2 minutes is not long enough!"
