Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms
"I have a TON of recipes for pot roast, so was not really expecting a whole lot of difference in this one. BUT was I wrong!! The meat was melt-in-your-mouth good & the gravy was the best I have ever had! I do not have an immersion blender, so just used my hand mixer and it was fine. This is a keeper for sure!!!"
