This was a tasty, hearty soup. I had most all ingredients on hand. I did find it a bit salty, but I'm sure it is because I used Chicken Base to make the broth. Would make again!""

This was a tasty way to do a dish with ground beef. I did use both the beef and pork. It is different than your run of the mill, taco tasting dish. Everyone ate it up. I CAN'T find quick cooking polenta in any store near me, so I use a cornbread topper instead. It was just fine."

My family enjoyed this meal and it wasn't hard to make. I don't care much for eggs, but I made them along with it and everyone ate it up. Try to crisp the tortillas as much as possible, so they won't get too soggy. Will make again!"

Enjoyed this recipe and it was something different. However, I thought they were too sweet. Will cut down on sugar next time. Good for gifts!"

This is a pretty good recipe for a quick side dish. It has good nutritional value as well. I changed mine a little, so it couldn't be called Red Salad anymore, but it was still tasty. I added cucumber and fresh parsley."

Really enjoyed this recipe. Made it for dessert on Cinco di Mayo. I, too, could have added more cayenne, but this was perfect for the first time. It was not too much heat for those that may not enjoy the spice. Love the cinnamon!"
