Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"Ruined Christmas dinner. This did not work in my gas oven. I have an expensive raw disaster. Luckily I have cold turkey for sandwiches. Also, foodnetwork PTB, change "Total Time" to 4 hours. Very misleading. It's 8pm I have no roast. "
