"My husband couldnt believe there was no cream or oil in this,its sooo good. I thought it was creamier served warm but it was just as good and still bright green the next day cold. "I used instant coffee instead of espresso powder because thats what I had on hand. Also, I used the tubed cookie dough from the store and smashed down the cookies before I baked them to make them thin. Make sure you add the kahlua slowly and toward the end of the mixing process so it doesnt curdle the cream. That happened to me the first time I made it but it was still delicious. This will be one of my favorite desserts forever!!!"
