"This is always a crowd pleaser! Have made it several times and have never had a complaint! I added roasted red peppers the last time I made it and it was delicious. I also used frozen spinach as that is all I had on hand, it worked fine, however 2 packages was a little much unless you really like spinach. ""
About Me
I have 7 kids with a wide range of food preferences. I absolutely love to cook and take great pleasure in doing so. We have an international family and I cook many ethnic foods and love to try new recipes. I have many fond childhood memories that all revolve around the kitchen and spending time with family and friends and hope to pass my love of cooking on to my children.
