"This recipe is wonderful. I make it usually once a week. I do use cod filets (we really aren't huge fish fans) and only one lemon and served over lemon pasta. I've used the same sauce over chicken but my husband likes the fish better."

"Oh, my goodness, the pulled pork was absolutely wonderful. I don't even like pulled pork, but this recipe converted me. I put the rub on overnight and placed in a dutch oven uncovered for about 6 1/2 hours (5 lb roast). Topped with Neely's BBQ sauce, mayo based coleslaw, and pickles. "This recipe was so delicious and extremely easy to make. The time allocated is actually correct. I thought about substituting the bacon with proscuitto but I'm so glad I didn't. The bacon made the dish. YUM!!!""
