This recipe is wonderful. I make it usually once a week. I do use cod filets (we really aren't huge fish fans) and only one lemon and served over lemon pasta. I've used the same sauce over chicken but my husband likes the fish better."

Oh, my goodness, the pulled pork was absolutely wonderful. I don't even like pulled pork, but this recipe converted me.
