Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

"My family and I loved this recipe!

In regards to those who shared concerns/ complaints about cooking the chicken at too high of a temp, I covered the bird for the majority of the cook time, taking the lid off just long enough to give it a nice crisp brown.

Since I have food allergies, I used grapeseed oil instead of butter and I also added arrowroot powder to the gravy to help it thicken.

When all was said and done, it was delicious! I am adding this to my favorites.
