Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

My family and I loved this recipe!

In regards to those who shared concerns/ complaints about cooking the chicken at too high of a temp, I covered the bird for the majority of the cook time, taking the lid off just long enough to give it a nice crisp brown.

Since I have food allergies, I used grapeseed oil instead...
