I used beef bouillon instead of chicken and dried thyme instead of fresh. Served it with mashed potatoes covered in the gravy. My husband said this was the best pot roast he'd ever had. Really delicious. I've made several of Ina's recipes and have yet to find one that wasn't five star.

This was the first time I've made tuna at home. Thought it was a little ambitious to use this recipe but it was so easy! My husband and I absolutely loved it! The only change I made was I added red onion to the avocado to add a bit of a punch to it and we do love red onion. Was afraid the marinade would be overwhelming but it wasn't. It was delic"
