"Excellent,but I'll chime in with others who suggest that the cooking time is too long, both for the browning, and oven time. I brown them for about 2 minutes per side, and cook them no longer than 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chops and they easily reach 145-150, and are tender and juicy. At 30 minutes I'm afraid they'd just be dry"
