Reviewed Thick Pork Chops with Spiced Apples and Raisins

Excellent,but I'll chime in with others who suggest that the cooking time is too long, both for the browning, and oven time. I brown them for about 2 minutes per side, and cook them no longer than 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chops and they easily reach 145-150, and are tender and juicy. At 30 minutes I'm afraid they'd just be dry"
