I was able to find everything at my local Trader Joes and got the biggest white mushrooms from Costco. If you prefer a little spice I suggest adding a teaspoons of cayenne. This pasta salad is great for hot summer days on the cabana while sipping something light and bubbly. I substituted the peas with lightly roasted yellow squash and zucchini. I incorporated yellow and red cherry tomatoes and some chopped shallots with the lemon dressing. It turned out great and will be making it again."
