Reviewed lentil vegetable soup

I've made this soup for years with regular lentils, but yesterday made a batch using the French green lentils. My (college-age) daughters said it was the best ever. I'm a convert to these lentils -- found them at Whole Foods (of course). A go-to soup, especially for winter months.

This is incredible! I made this with a pound and a half of lump crab meat instead of lobster, for an Academy Awards dinner party. So rich and creamy! Worth the spurge once in while! "
