"Tons of flavor. Really enjoyed this with a side of spaghetti tossed in roasted garlic and olive oil. I gave this a four because you should follow the other suggestions on the cooking instructions. I used a combination canola oil and a teaspoon of butter, cooked each side for 3 to 4 minutes on a medium heat and ultimately baked the chops at 350 ""

Reviewed Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala Sauce

"I only give it four stars because I would have loved to have more of the sauce and the mushrooms. This was a huge hit at my home on Christmas Eve. I wasn't sure if the husband would love it because he isn't a fan of anything with a heavy sauce, but the sauce wasn't heavy at all. He loved it. The flavor was very good and the chicken was tender.""
