Reviewed Spoon Cookies: Lusikkaleivat (Finland
"These are a Christmas tradition for me. I love the flecks of brown butter; I think it makes it look sophisticated. : I also use different jams for variety, usually an apricot and raspberry. I think they look like little eggs because of the spoon shape. They take as while to make, but I think it is worth it. This is a reciepe that I have made "
Reviewed Coconut Macaroons
"Bummer. I am pretty good with cookies, but this came out as a big puddle. I should of known when I put it on the tray, but was hoping they would puff up. No such luck. They tasted pretty good, but I had to toss them, because they looked terrible.

Reviewed Chocolate Covered Snow Peaks
"I loved this recipe. They are fun, because they are different than other cookies. They look like little snow peaks and taste good too. They are also easy. Just don't make them on a rainy day.
