This was soooo good. I to had to use bacon(6pieces) grand kids loved it. I cooked for the full time. I used only a little butter to finish & drained most of the bacon fat after browning it. Green beans from the garden. I'll be making this as a family regular.

I made my chili using Nancy's techniques, and it was wonderful. It's a real keeper. It really made a difference in the flavors. Chili's not my favorite, but I look forward to making this again soon. I am really enjoying the show.
