Reviewed Peanut Butter Fudge
"SUPER EASY! Made this with the kids and everyone loves it.
My only complaint (which is easy enough to fix) is that it doesn't yield a lot!
BTW, for those that are making it too crumbly - I think I may know why. You may be keeping in the microwave too long. I know he says 2 minutes and then another 2 minutes but I think, for some microwaves, 4 minutes total may be too long? I made it the first time at a friends house, using their microwave (that they told me nukes everything super fast, so I melted everything 30 seconds less and the fudge came out perfect. Last night I made it at home with my microwave for the full 4 minutes and could tell it "cooked" the mixture way more than it did the first time, and last nights batch was all crumbly - I had to kneed it together in a pan to form the fudge. The first time I made it I could just hold the fudge in one hand as a big, moist ball.

Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake
"I just made this and I am NOT a good cook but it looks beautiful!!! I tasted a little of the batter before I put it in the oven and that was out of this world... I'm soooo excited!!
I made my crust much thicker and on the sides as well but other than that, my 6 yr old and I did this together, I actually thought it was super easy! I cannot wait to have it tomorrow for Thanksgiving!! Thanks so much for the suggestion of the water bath - I'm so glad I did that - it looks absolutely perfect! I kept it in for an hour and 15 and then turned the oven off and cracked the door, keeping the cheesecake in the oven for a half hour or so before transferring it to a wire rack to cool down.
