"First time made cake and icing .It was perfect every one loved it.To save time I used box cake mix and put the cookies in the batter and made the icing and it great .You can also add the buttermilk for the water in the cake mix .It works great both ways .Never had it dry

"Gumbo is a stew look it up.The gumbo here is very good the whole pot was gone .The only changes I did was when the roux was about brown enough I turned the stove off for 5 mins still stiring .Turned it back on added the peppers,onion,and garlic stired it in.Then added the worcestershire sauce didnt wait ten mins didnt want the roux to burn and I added a bay leave .

"The taste no one in my family liked it.We had never had truffle before and will never have again .I would give this no star.The taste of the truffle was not a good one .Will never make this again.
