Reviewed Big Chocolate Birthday Cake
"Fantastic chocolate cake. I subsituted half the water for coffee (common addition to chocolate cakes) and reduced baking soda for high altitude baking. Had wonderful flavor, moist and held up well for a layering cake. Thanks for the great recipe Ree! *(Also frosted with a buttercream and added smashed oreo's mixed with buttercream as a filling "
