UM YUM!!!! This is really good. The first batch I didn't cook to 300-310 because it started to turn brown and I thought it was burning. It was still good but a little chewy. The second and third batch was delicious:)

I didn't read the reviews first but I thought it was a lot of sugar, only added 1 1/2 c to the bread pudding. I didn't have pecans so I omitted the pecan brown sugar butter topping. I also wanted a Puerto Rican flavor because I was serving it to my mother-in-law so I steeped the milk with anise seeds, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. I made the sauce...
