This came out surprisingly tasty for such a simple recipe. I was amazed at how putting the pork on the bed of rosemary really infused it with the rosemary flavor. I definitely see why other people felt the need to personalize the recipe -- it does come out rather bland. After the initial taste, I added lots more cheese and since I didn't have chives on hand, I used green onions and a sprinkle of parsley.
