Easy as pie. I didn't even use the cuisinart. I just whisked it. Tastes like an all-natural creamiscle. SO amazing."

The kids (2 and 5 years old) love this one. We go through granola and cereal bars like crazy, so I thought this was worth a try. I'll definitely be making these again. The texture is like bread pudding. Not too peanut buttery."

I used canned beans and it turned out great. Tasted like a mild hummus with a light, breadlike texture. The kids loved it with ketchup. I made the yogurt sauce and I liked it, but my husband called it bland. I'll be making this very frequently!"

Really good. It's got great flavor, but isn't spicy. I separated it and made half spicy for the grownups with more paste and with some red pepper flakes.

Also, I used unsweetened almond milk instead of coconut milk. Much healthier and good for my coconut-hating family. "

As a lover of chiles rellenos, I can say I've eaten a lot. These were, by far, the best I've ever had. I'd say it was well worth the effort. However, I can see why other people wouldn't want to. I don't think it was too difficult, but it's not exactly easy. But, if you really like chiles rellenos, you have to try this.
