This was alright,but not great,I still prefer regular fried chicken.The coating does need some seasoning and the bottom wasn't as crispy as the top even though I used a rack like is suggested. Delicious. I didn't bother with the fancy seperating of the fat and what not. I used all of the ingredients and just combined them the standard way u's make a gravy. My friends and family loved was gone the first leftover gravy! ""
