Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew
"Well, the taste is amaing but waiting on the split peas to break-up. I didn't realize "pigeon" I bought yellow split peas. I have followed the recipe to a tee but can't get the peas to soften. But...the flavor so far....soooo good. The shreded cocunut is amazing and I still haven't even added the heat. Can't wait..but yummy thus so far.""
