“LOVE IT! Even the picky kids ate it! I did leave the toasted bread cubes on the side till it was time to serve the salad then mixed it it. I had enough for 3 separate meals so every time i served it I would mix in a portion of bread cubes so they wouldn't get mushy. I've made it for lunch and added some salami strips. "”
