Reviewed Squash Soup
"I made this for Thanksgiving using all organic ingredients...a large pot at that and it was fantastic. I roasted the squash till it was carmelized and it added tons of flavor. I left out the ginger...sorry and didn't use much heavy cream. Also used celtic sea salt(incredible flavor). It was a hit. There are so many variations you can do..mine is just one of many. Adding the honey gave it just the right amount of sweetness. Thanks Alton for another great recipe!
