Excellent Brownies! SO I cooked these in a 13x 9 in baking pan and they cooked at exactly 45 min like the recipe said. I even bought cacao de pernigotti ( the GOOD stuff) and walnuts (mixed the walnuts in with the flour). I will so use this again! they even came out of the pan clean!""

key to making icing is to CREAM ingredients together! Start with softened butter, next sugar, extract then Milk GRADUALLY! I made icing less sweet cos i had put vanilla bean in my dough. Did not add as much sugar or milk. If you need more icing make it again being carefull not to dry our your icing. Hope this helps.&...

NEXT you want to add milk GRADUALLY! I You might have to make a second batch of icing as this was only enough for about FOUR of my rolls.
SORRY it isn't exact folks. They were great and totally mouth watering. I recommend ALWAYS reading the reviews before you try the recipe. I HOPE this helps...

A little tip ... in pastry you have to be careful NOT to overwork the dough. I had HUGE ROLLS. I did NOT need to set them out overnight.

These are excellent cinnamon rolls! They are not too sweet either! I altered it slightly by adding vanilla beans to the dough. ( i put this in with the milk and butter mixture.)This worked GREAT i gotta say. I did NOT add pecans either. I opted for chopped raisins. This was totally awesome too.

the masa for these tamales are great! These are pretty spicy tamales even for my taste and I am hispanic! The lavors were good, loved the raisins ! I still felt as if something was missing. I think I will try using the same flavors and slow cooking them with beef next time.
