This was really good. I did make a few changes after reading reviews. To give it more flavor I used shredded pepper jack and added fresh herbs (sage, basil and chives) to the egg mix along with some minced garlic. I was skeptical about adding the american cheese in the middle but did. I turned out really good! I had to cook more than 5 minutes...

It was really good. I didn't use a rack and the pork never got overly browned like the recipe but it was very tasty. The sauce was good and the cabbage was delicious (and we aren't cabbage lovers). If I make it again though I won't use apples. We aren't big fans of cooked apples. Overall, really good recipe that I will make again.

It was ok/good. I only had 1/2 the amount of fish and didn't realize and made the whole amount of sauce. Maybe that was part of the problem. Also, my store didn't have creme fraiche so I used sour cream. I will try it again with 1/2 the sauce and see if that makes it better.

The chili is ok (meat was kind of mushy even though it had a good flavor - I would cook it first nex time). However that was the best cornbread I have ever had in my life (although how wouldn't it be with a stick of butter and 1/2 c of brown sugar!).
