Reviewed tilapia masala with rice

This was fantastic. I only like salmon and so I don't cook other fish that often, but this recipe tasted so decadent and flavorful, it made me forget I was eating fish. After all the negative press I've read about Tilapia recently, we used cod and it was perfect.

I've a clam sauce connoisseur and I have to say this is truly the best sauce I've ever had. More flavor than you can ever get with more traditional recipies. Incredible. Love you Anne! "

Excellent, however, definitely not less than 60 minutes. I added parsnips, which were amazing. I changed nothing else. Made sure to brown the apples, shallots and parsnips, and all was gorgeous brown and caramelized and a fantastic, flavorful meal. Definitely going to be a staple. ""

Absolutely unbelievable. Don't need more than 2/3 c mayo. Definitely want crispy shells. So simple. I would cut the orange/chili sauce in half, as you don't need more than a drizzle and 6c of oj takes forever to boil down. Fantastic!!"

Absolutely excellent. Lime juice is the KEY ingredient, so don't be fooled into omitting it. The ingredients work perfectly together. Just don't smell the fish sauce. It's fantastic. Healthy, easy, quick. Bravo."
