"This recipe is very good and easy to make. I did however completely omit the salt in the House Seasoning and actually only used about 1/2 of the House Seasoning quantity to rub over the roast. I also added a 14oz can of beef broth as the liquid amount looked insufficient to me. It turned out great. I believe this will become my go-to pot roast ""
