Reviewed Potato Pancakes (Latkes

"Good.......but no Jewish woman making these would ever add flour if needed. Matzo Meal is the addition of choice. The onion is always grated never diced. Served with apple sauce, these are addicting!"

"I would call them 'Kickin' Lickin' Pork Pepper Poppers'"

About Me

I am a semi-retired Travel Agent...I couldn't give it up all together as I love to make clients dream vacations come true.

I am passionate about animal welfare. My husband and I are proud parents of 3 rescued dogs....A sweet Rat Terrier, now 9 1/2 years old who we rescued 30 minutes after her owners released her to the shelter because she kept getting out...I would have too if I got no attention. The same day we tok her to a local PetsMart where she helped us pick her brother, he is also now 9 1/2 years old, and is a Tasmanian Devil in a Chihuahua suit. September 2010 we adopted a 3 year old Chihuahua, she is hell on 4 paws and has the energy of a 4 month old pup. We kept her name of Sweeti, but my nickname for her, since she is Black & White, is Panda....it's short for PANDAMONIUM!

I am inspired do duplicate foods we have enjoyed at local Mexican restaurants.

Favorite Foods

Give me anything Mexican or Asian, be it Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese. I adore duplicating Mexican dishes we have enjoyed at local restaurants, I have created many recipes and am asked for recipes often. Most recently I created a recipe for Chili Colorado. Super tender cubed pork in a flavorful slightly spicey Colorado (RED) sauce.
