"I added some flakes of crushed red pepper to this as well and it was great. To those who had a problme with the salt not disolving and the mixture not mixing, I tossed the artichokes in the bowl with the mixture to coat and it worked out very well. "

Reviewed Garden-Style Straw and Hay Pasta with Bagna Cauda Sauce

"I have to give this five stars for the fantastic flavor. Outragous. I think I may have done something wrong though in making the sauce. It broke a little so I may have brought it to a boil when I shouldn't have, also the 1/4 cup of EVOO and 1/2 stick of butter made it a bit oily. I would cut done on the butter and oil a bit next time. So yumm"

"I actually used poached chicken, shredded it and added it into the quesadilla along with the cheese and jalapino. It was delicious and gave me something to do with the chickens I used to make my chicken stock!"

"Being part Philippino we have a family recipe for Adobo. Giadas is very close and very good. I would suggest browing the chicken first to get a nice brown color. We also do it with port ribs, yummy as well."

"These turned out yummy, nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I had to add 1/4 of water to help hold them together. They didn't work if you didn't add some liquid. I will make them again.

"I've made this a few times and my husband and I love it. It surprised me that he did because his favorite meal is meatloaf and mashed potatoes but he's a big beef fan. I watched the show when she made it and she used cubed pumpernickle bread, not stuffing cubes so that's what I do and it is great. Try the pumpernickle, it really works. I don't"
