Reviewed Chipotle Tamale Pie

"The ingredients sound good and that why I decided to try this recipe.
The taste was very uneven. The meat mixture was bland not spicey enough. The cornmeal topping was not thick enough in height. Very flat and did not taste good. sorry this one didn't work for us. "

Reviewed Garlic Roasted Potatoes

"I really enjoyed making this receipe. It was easy and very tasteful. I used parchment paper to line my casserole dish and there was sticking of the potatoes or cleanup. I definitely would make these again."

Reviewed Banana Nut Muffins

"These muffins are very good. I use this recipe all the time. Everyone loves them. Now I'm trying some different variations like adding raisins and using 1/2 cup of honey instead of brown sugar. I did try to use wheat flour but the taste you have to get use to. I found that using the honey the muffins stayed fresh longer and were moist. As I am writing this review the muffins are baking in the oven.

Reviewed Mexican Lasagna

"The amount of ingredients were to much even for my large frying pan. The recipe serves 4 but it is enough for 6 or more. The thought of buying spinach tortilla didn't sound good to me but when added there was no taste. I was really disappointed. I would not try this again.
