Reviewed Flat Apple Pie with Perfect Pie Crust
"I've made this twice now. It's fabulous every time. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS WITHOUT PUTTING PARCHMENT PAPER OR A SILPAT ON YOUR COOKIE SHEET.
It will run over as every apple pie does and cleanup is a cinch plus it slides right onto a serving platter if you loosen the bottom with a wide spatula. GREAT RECIPE AND SO EASY."

"I soaked the beans overnight. In the morning I heated them to boiling as per the recipe then
put them in my crock pot. I cooked them on high for a couple of hours and then later in the day I added the onion bacon and chorizo and finished them on low. They were perfect! Great recipe."
