Reviewed Pan-Fried Salmon with Green Goddess Tzatziki

"I made this last night and it was out of this world. Husband was raving how good it was. Simple, delicious and elegant. So light and fresh but satisfying. The Tzatziki can be used with just about anything it is so good. Made it with multigrain quinoa sauteed with some shallots and wine as I was short on time. Had some sauteed asparagus with b"

Reviewed All-American Down-Home Patriotic Meatloaf Sandwich

"Made this for my family as written and it was excellent! Moist, great flavor and the sauce is perfect. I did not make sandwiches with it as we ate it as a main course with sides of vegetables and potatoes. I'm sure as a sandwich it would be awesome as well. Definitely a keeper - thank you Sandwich King!!!"

Reviewed Penne with Brown Butter, Arugula, and Pine Nuts

"Although the ingredients sounded good (we love arugula) that was the only thing I really liked about this recipe. The lemon was way to strong and tangy and there really wasn't much flavor to the whole dish except for the arugula and the tomatoes. I would lessen the lemon juice and zest the next time and saute some fresh garlic in the butter. No"

Reviewed Shrimp and Sausage Cioppino

"Made this exactly as written except I cut extra large shrimp in half before adding. This was EXCELLENT!!! Healthy, flavorful and elegant. I used toasted pumpernickel bread to sop up the juice. My husband and brother absolutely raved. Thank you Giada for another great recipe and so easy to prepare. A keeper for sure!!!"

Reviewed Southern Baked Beans

"This recipe was simple and absolutely delicious. I made it for Father's Day with chicken and ribs and it was perfect. I had no yellow mustard so I used honey mustard instead and it was still great. One word of advice - double it when you make it. It doesn't last long!
Thanks Paula for another great recipe!!"

Reviewed Egg, Gorgonzola and Pancetta Sandwiches

"This was a very nice change on the usual egg salad. The gorgonzola gives it a good flavor but is a bit salty therefore the next time I will reduce the salt. The lemon was a bit overwhelming and I didn't even use the zest of a whole lemon. I will definity reduce that as well. Overall, I will make again."

Reviewed Scallops Provencal

"Absolutely fabulous!! Made exactly as written except that I took the scallops out after browning as some reviewers suggested and added them back after making the sauce. It tasted like something served in a 5 star restaurant. I used very good quallity sea scallops - it makes a difference! Will be making for friends this weekend at a dinner part"

Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth

"This was absolutely fabulous. I made it exactly as written except added some shrimp with the halibut. It was light and delicious. Husband thought I had ordered out from our local Thai restaurant which has great food. This one's a keeper and so versatile - can be made with just about any type of fish or even chicken. Thank you Ellie for a terr""
