Reviewed chicken burgers with garlic-rosemary mayonnaise

Jan 10, 2015 on

Delicious! The mayo mixture is amazing. Burgers are a bit hard to handle because they are so moist but refridgerated the mixture before making the patties so they firmed up a little. Still a great meal. Made them with the couscous she made in this episode. Definitely a keeper! Thanks Giada!

These were delicious! So easy and very light and healthy. I also used a mexican seasoning that has cumin and other spices in it and it added what I think was a bit more flavor than just using cumin. The taquitos were very crispy. It really is a great recipe and not alot of work. Thanks Giada - this is a keeper!!

I made this with a whole chicken as I didn't have a pork roast on hand. The flavors of this was amazing! The vegetables were sooooo tasty and the chicken was moist and flavorful. I added the seasoning under the skin on the breast of the chicken as well and it intensified the flavor of the meat to a different level. Will definitely make this with...

This was an excellent dish! So moist and flavorful. Easy to prepare and was devoured in my house very quickly. Some reviewers said that the meatloaf was floating in grease but I think it was the tomatoe sauce oozing out of the meat mixture as it cooked. I just drained some of it off the pan but you can really use it as a sauce to add to it if "

Although the ingredients sounded good (we love arugula) that was the only thing I really liked about this recipe. The lemon was way to strong and tangy and there really wasn't much flavor to the whole dish except for the arugula and the tomatoes. I would lessen the lemon juice and zest the next time and saute some fresh garlic in the butter. No"

This recipe was simple and absolutely delicious. I made it for Father's Day with chicken and ribs and it was perfect. I had no yellow mustard so I used honey mustard instead and it was still great. One word of advice - double it when you make it. It doesn't last long!

This was a very nice change on the usual egg salad. The gorgonzola gives it a good flavor but is a bit salty therefore the next time I will reduce the salt. The lemon was a bit overwhelming and I didn't even use the zest of a whole lemon. I will definity reduce that as well. Overall, I will make again."
