"This is one amazing sandwich. I made it with sourdough bread like you did on your broadcast. I roasted the onions in the cast iron pan I made the bacon in. I removed most of the bacon grease and added some olive oil...YUMMY !! Next time however, my husband and I have decided we will swap out the mayo for some peanut butter....Let me know what y""
