I remove the skins before eating, but left them on for cooking as I believe it helps keep the chicken moist. But it sounds like yours turned out well. Maybe I'll try cooking it next time without the skins.

Reviewed Broccoli with Garlic and Soy Sauce

I did not like this at all and I am also usually a big Ina fan. It just did not work. I watched the episode and she is clear that the sauce adheres better to the broccoli if the broccoli is dried a bit. I did that, but to me it tasted like oily broccoli with garlic. I won't make this again."

I had never made Risotto because I prefer to cook with whole grains. When I saw this recipe, I was so excited to try it. My whole family loved it.
