Reviewed Miso-Ginger Marinated Grilled Salmon
"Definite winner! I wasn't able to find Yuzu juice, but substituted Ponzu (soy sauce with Yuzu juice in it) and adjusted the soy sauce accordingly. I broiled it skin side down for about 8 minutes, then flipped it and broiled for about two more minutes. Sprinkled with more ponzu juice and served. "
Reviewed Spinach Stuffed Zucchini
"Really good. The only I did different was I used two Zucchini and two yellow squash, and mixed the pulps together, and threw in a little colby/jack. Other than than did everything the same and it came out great!"

"Fantastic! I am the same as the reviewer before me, I've never liked eggplant, but every couple of years I give it a shot to see if I change my mind. I used one small eggplant, and the only variation I made was using Panko bread crumbs, The flavors are great and it takes practically no time at all to make.Definately will be making this again."
