Definite winner! I wasn't able to find Yuzu juice, but substituted Ponzu (soy sauce with Yuzu juice in it) and adjusted the soy sauce accordingly. I broiled it skin side down for about 8 minutes, then flipped it and broiled for about two more minutes. Sprinkled with more ponzu juice and served. "

Really good. The only I did different was I used two Zucchini and two yellow squash, and mixed the pulps together, and threw in a little colby/jack. Other than than did everything the same and it came out great!"

Fantastic! I am the same as the reviewer before me, I've never liked eggplant, but every couple of years I give it a shot to see if I change my mind. I used one small eggplant, and the only variation I made was using Panko bread crumbs, The flavors are great and it takes practically no time at all to make.Definately will be making this again."

Great! Just made this tonight. The only thing I did different was soak the chicken in buttermilk for 24 hours, and did not use a whole cup of hot sauce, I just kept shaking it in until the mixture got orange. This is definitely a keeper."
