"I made this last night for dinner and the only thing I didnt use was the veal. I used ground beef and ground pork only. For everything else, I followed the recipe to a T. It was delicious! My husband and girls loved it too. My 2 year old is pretty picky, but she loved this meatloaf. I served it with garlic mashers and broccoli on the side. It will now replace my old favorite recipe, and i've been making that one for 12 years. Love it Love it Love it!!!!!!!

mom of 2 girls 8 and 2 and i've been cooking since I was 11. My mother passed away when I had just turned 11 so I was kind of put into the mom role since I had a 9 year old sister...now I love to cook anything and everything. Im married to a wonderful italian-irish man, but he has more of a love for pasta and anything italian as do our girls.
