About Me

I am  41 year old mother of two, grandmother of two and am a student of culinary arts; I watch food network and try it in my own kitchen.

I have three Associates Degrees in three different areas of Business and have been honing my skills by working in Long John Silvers, dealing with the public on numerous levels and learning something new every day to enhance the knowledge I already possess.

I love chocolate and enjoy the process of cooking almost as much as I enjoy the end product.

I am a foody and am willing to try anything at least once.  I will not, however, touch bananas, squash, kiwi,or oatmeal.  I have found no other foods that cannot be tamed into something that titilates my palate.

I grew up on the Mississippi  Gulf Coast and have spent 20+ years in the Appalachian Hills of West Virginia and have been fortunate enough to find ways to combine both cusines into a mesh that allows my family to indulge in both with a little effort and a lot of love.
