Reviewed Chicken Chorizo Patty Melt
"Really, really delicious. If you can't get your hands on fresh chorizo I feel sorry for you! These patties were so flavorful. I made them on my George Foreman grill so they cooked up super quick. Used whole wheat flatbread that I put on the grill as well. Try these!!

"Loved how easy this was to prepare, however I have to agree with some other reviewers in that the recipe was a little bland. Next time I would add garlic and some fresh basil. Some crushed red pepper flakes wouldn't hurt either. The family liked it, so for me that means this recipe goes in the lineup.""

"Lovely and refreshing.I always soak my red onions in salt before using in any salad. But just as in this recipe...you must rinse, rinse, rinse!! Great summer side dish, especially with cukes from the garden. I have even put them atop a grilled hamburger(kinda like a pickle) and it was very tasty. Don't cut too thin to avoid them from getting mushy.""
