The crust is amazing; the filling even better - this is a keeper! I double cornstarch and went a little over on the blueberries and it was beautiful! I used fresh picked blueberries that I froze after picking. I HIGHLY suggest going picking in the summer and freezing blueberries so you can make this all year!"

I used this recipe as written but with a stainless steel pan. Follow everything with the stainless steel and it worked well! Cooked 3 minutes on each side in the oven with about 1 1/4 sirloin steaks. They turned out just a smidge rarer than medium but PERFECT! I'm excited to try with a cast iron."
