My Activity

Reviewed Spring Shells and Cheese

"I don't know why everyone was hating on this dish so much. I for one thought it was extremely successful. I followed the recipe exactly using everything it called for, and everyone at the Easter dinner loved it. There were no leftovers! Yes there is a ton of prep and it uses a lot of pans, but if what you are going for is a full stomach and a happ"

Reviewed Orange Glazed Blueberry Scones

"These were so easy to make! They turned out so good, so zesty and delicious. I love the ratio of blueberries to the batter, usually scones are so dry but these were moist and yummy! I found that the juice of two oranges was a little much, my glaze didnt end up getting hazy but it didnt affect the flavor at all. Delish!"

Reviewed Peanut Butter Cheese Cake Minis

"I am always my toughest critic so I was a little dissatisfied with the crust, mine came out a little bit more crumbly than I would have wanted, but the cheesecake part of it was delectable! Everyone who tried these little delicacies thought they were delicious and i'll admit, I did too. They were pretty darn easy to make, and in the end I had extra filling left over, and sadly I didnt know what to do with it. Next time, I will use maybe more butter in the filling, or possibly just use a little less of it. I might also try to switch up the candy filling, or try to make a peanut butter cream layer. :)"

Reviewed Lasagna Rolls

"I love, love, LOVED this recipe. Before I made it, I read a lot of the reviews and took most peoples advice in making more of the Bechamel sauce, using 2C milk, 4T Butter and 3T flour also baking the lasagna at 400'F instead of 450'F. for 20 minutes and uncovered for 12. This recipe is awesome! A real fan favorite. :)"

About Me

Up until this year of my life food was just a passion for me, something I did to cheer myself up on a bad day, or to bring a smile to a loved ones face. I attended traditional colleges, wondering why I could never feel happy, or that I was going to truly enjoy the degree I was pursuing. One day it struck me, I was not only wasting money on overpriced college tuition, I was wasting my time. Now I am going to be attending FCI this coming July, and I couldn't be happier, I finally feel as though I have found my passion and am following the path I was meant to be on.
