Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey
"This is a combo review. This recipe is fantastic along with an entertaining article and great recipe from bon appetit mag from 2003 called Alton Browns Perfect Roast Turkey which you can find online. SO AWESOME AND DELICIOUS. We had 18lb turkey. I did not brine, just buttered with aromatics. Browned for 30 min and it was done 2.5 hrs later. AMA"
