I am a part-time stay at home/part-time working mom to 2 girls aged 7 and 4. I have been married to my hubby for 8 years. I am into canning and preserving, sustainability, and urban homesteading. I LOVE MY LIFE
Favorite Foods
I am famous in my family for a particular pasta salad. I got the recipe from my best friend who got it from one of her favorite restaurants. I can't go to any family gatherings without being asked by half a dozen people if I am bringing it.
I love to grill and am slowly getting decent at it. I keep trying new rubs, marinades, techniques and tips. Someday I hope to enter a grilling contest.
