"The batter was not at all runny - my 6 yr old made them almost by herself! They did stick to the parchment a bit, but they are delicious and somewhat chewy - almost like the middle of a mounds candy bar. Don't know why others are complaining - just follow the recipe - if you don't whip the egg whites, they WILL be runny. or if you don't use SWEETE"
Reviewed Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Cinnamon Cream
"These pancakes are delicious!! We just made them for breakfast and the kids ate them UP!! I made a double batch (we are a family of 5) and we do have some leftover for the rest of the week. We have also tried Alton Brown's "Instant" pancake mix recipe which is similar - you don't beat the egg whites for his, and I think that makes these slightly better! :) Thanks, Paula!
