I'm a native Coloradan now in grad school in Costa Rica. Cooking here is a challenge because it is difficult to find all the ingredients I need or want. Also because my kitchen here is not fully equipped with many common kitchen tools like a food processor, electric mixer, or oven. I've had to get creative and have done so pretty well. Cooking here is a necessity because Costa Rican food is TERRIBLE!!!!
