Amazing!!! Simple!! Go For It!!

Watch the video if you want the conversion of measurements.. Only adjustment I made was oven temp to 350* baking about 11mins.. If you know your oven then you'll know how to adjust the time and temp.

Family loved them and request this to be the regular cookie recipe as they like...

This is a WINNER!! Definitely adding to the recipe rotation for treats.. I went with mini muffins made about 50.. So the kids can take to school for a snack and to send to my daughter in college.. Changes I did add 1/4 tsp banana extract and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the mashed bananas..

Newly added to dinner rotation!!! I did some subs- olive oil instead of veg. oil, 1/2 juiced lemon instead of dry wine, added 3Tbsp butter, 1 shallot and 1/2 red onion, 2 garlic cloves, oh I used frozen french style green beans and garnish with scallions.. even my picky eaters loved it!! lol Its quick and lite.. as with me make it your own!! enjoy"

Perfect family breakfast food!! It is sweet with the brown sugar and 2 syrups.. I used texas toast and bananas that are just ripe as they will get soggy in the mixture.. Oh I also used 1/2cp crushed pecans.. my kids aren't big nut fans... but this is so good and filling... enjoy!!!"
