"I first made this last weekend right after it aired. I did tweak the recipe a bit, so that it wouldn't be quite so tart. I used about 1/3 bag of cranberries and 2 granny smith apples, and increased the brown sugar just a tad. Also substituted lemon zest/juice for the orange. The entire dish was gone within 2 hours. Just made it again per family request. I think the recipe is solid, but tweaking might be necessary for those wanting a slightly sweeter dessert."
